Member Since: May 13, 2013 RK: 1 MP: 0 | Tuesday November 5, 2013 7:23 PM Tonight's Progress, got all the skin done on the beasts. I know everyone does their Trollbloods skin differently, but I do like using blues. My mix is Reaper Sapphire Blue for the base tone, Vallejo Model Air Light Sea Blue for the first highlight and then a 2:1 mix of Fenrisian Grey and Light Sea Blue for the final highlight.    Tomorrow is leather and wood day. Since I'm on holiday for the next week, I'm going to be spending a LOT of time getting these buggers up to speed. |

Member Since: May 13, 2013 RK: 1 MP: 0 | Wednesday November 6, 2013 7:15 PM Laid down the browns for the leathers. Really love the line of brown available from Vallejo. Base is Armor brown with first highlight of Pale Brown and final highlight of Khaki Brown. Then everything was given a wash in Agrax Earthshade to tie all the colors together. Some of the highlights look very extreme in the camera shot, but it will be a night worn leather look when it's dry. Tomorrow is Metallics!    |
