I love the effects one can get with UHU but would rather not have to buy it and have it shipped internationally. So, I'm wondering if any others have found a substitute in the US. I've got my Thunderwolves coming this week and would love to have them slobbering and foaming at the mouth for battle!I'm not real sure, but I believe a few products out there are similar. I think E6600 would be, and Elmer's has some general household adhesives that may work too. Hopefully you all can give me some guidance! |

![]() Member Since: May 11, 2013 ![]() RK: 1 MP: 0 ![]() ![]() | Friday May 17, 2013 6:01 PM UHU is a general adhesive. The regular kind is mixed with inks/paint and then can be applied to models to make stringy gore, saliva, slime, icecicles, etc. The Amazon link seems to carry the correct type, though it is more expensive than I'm willing to pay to ship a small tube of glue. The sticks would not work for such an application, and any UHU liquid adhesive sold in the US is non-solvent adhesive. From what I can find, the solvent based version is what is needed. I appreciate the links! Hopefully someone else will know something too! |

Les says you can use a string of cotton and then use clear nail polish.Chung "Peach... I can eat a peach for hours..." |
